Booking and Rate Policies
Standard room rates are $170 plus 15% tax per night. King George Suite and the Elizabeth (1 King bed) 1 pull out... are $185 All rates are based on double-occupancy. Visa and Master Card are accepted. *** Rates may vary seasonally, or due to College activities and special events. Please call for prices and availability.
College graduations rates are increased accordingly. Early booking does not apply
Check In 3:00 pm. - 7:00 p.m. Please advise if you will be later than 7:00. Check out: Check-out by 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations are permitted 3 days prior to date of stay, exceptions being College events when a 30-day cancellation will be needed. Refunds will be given if rooms are rebooked. No-Shows will be booked at full amount.
Alcoholic Beverages
We are happy to provide glasses and ice for alcoholic beverages you choose to bring to the Inn.
Children - children 12 and older, please.
Pets are accepted on case by case basis.
Smoking - We are a non-smoking Inn, smoking is permitted on our front porch or backyard sun deck.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served at 8:30 or 9:00 in the dining room. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or require an earlier time.
